About Linda Norton

Linda Norton is a graphic artist and writer who lives in Kirkland, Washington. She graduated from Cedar Crest College of Pennsylvania in 1977. Afterwards she attended the prestigious Milbury College of Vermont's "Breadloaf Writer's Conference". This is a one year seminar taught by such luminaries as John Irving (The World According to Garp), Presidential Poet Emeritus Mark Strand and Robert Frost. Milbury accepts the top 200 writers in the nation. She was a speechwriter for a US Senator, thence went into graphic arts.

Linda Norton has been drawing cartoons since the age of two, although those were not published at the time. This is her second published work as she has co-authored another book on careers recently. She continues to pen whatever her cats are up to at the moment!

Linda lives in Kirkland, Washington with her most tolerant husband, Richard Stallworthy, who makes his first appearance in cartoons as "The Dad". Stay tuned for Book Two!
