About Larry L. Dykes
Larry Dykes received his B.S. in Nuclear Physics from the University of Washington, an MBA in Management from the University of Puget Sound, graduating first in his class and earned a LL.B, the old degree designation for general law. After serving as a US Navy Lieutenant in Viet Nam and winning a combat decoration, Mr. Dykes embarked upon a long career in personnel consulting. He is currently the owner of a search firm, which recruits insurance and financial professionals. He has over 30 y ears of experience as an executive recruiter with regional and national recruiting organizations. He is one of the founding members of the industries professional organization, National Insurance Recruiters Association and was a reporter and co-host on a syndicated radio talk show. His hobbies and passions are restoring antique sports cars and archaeology. Mr. Dykes was a member of the University of Tel Aviv Lachish Archaeology Expedition. The expedition unearthed the 3,500 y ear old city of Lachish in the Negev desert.
